Next, Matt and I will fill/flush/fill Engine Clutch/Oil, fill/flush/fill Radiator, Install Spark Plugs and hope that she fires up by Saturday!

We also need to bleed Fill and Bleed front/rear brake lines and double check on calipers and brake pads.

Bike has Oil now, Radiator has cooling medium, Battery has power and gas tank has fuel.
Got the bike to crank and turn over but it wouldnt fire up!
The fuel pump isnt cooperating.
Its either faulty or not getting any power! Checked the fuel rails and they are dry! Yup, fuel pump isnt pushing any fuel.
So close yet sooooo far away!
.....gotta get to work! ;D

Matt and I will be picking up the rest of the plastics for his bike so he will have a full faired bike. We're also picking up his own ignition and miscellaneous wiring harnessess so we will no longer have to steal parts from Jon's bike. ;

So I've mentioned on another thread that Matt's been working lately.
He worked yesterday from 7:30 - 5 p.m. During that time, I picked up a late present for him since his B-Day was last week.
With this gift, his bike is now complete and he can now truly join us at the Track.
Friends hooking up friends eh?

It's Aug 24 2:30 p.m., Matt just saw the rear sets. He's almost crying he's so happy! ;D

He took the bike out on the street while we taped utilizing the rear mounted camera. The outcome is superb! Vibrations? Ha! It's almost like watching MotoGP!
