yes.. picnic sounds good.. will have a tailgate party/picnic at a beach or a park.. let everyone know.. I think the best place is la jolla.. because you're right under the fire work... but i don't think we can do bonfire there.. think of other places...

what about behind sea world? crown point? or j street marina? cuz i know that there will be fireworks there.. but the only problem is that one of us will have to be there super early to save the spot due to the holiday n it will be definitely crowded not to mention busy n bad parking! so think bout it, make a decision, n spead the word so we can plan ahead!

ok! i have a few locations for 4th of july:
1. chula vista j street marina: fireworks @ 9pm 2. seaworld (crown point pier): fireworks @ 9:30pm 3. la jolla cove: fireworks @ 9pm 4. spring valley down the street from my house (u can actually c da fireworks on my driveway or street) fireworks @ 9pm so let's finalize which location you want, whichever is safer for the kids to enjoy and we will plan from there...

Ok.. we need to know which beach everyone wants.. cuz like I said.. it's around the corner.. I will be working from 6pm tuesday till 6am on wednesday.. so I will not be able to save the spot.. all you military guys have that day off.. so please try to save a spot on whatever beach we decide on.. and remember... it has to be a free area... thanks!!!
Crown point Pier by seaworld sounds good(if it's free!!.. lol)
