Mga Kuyangs,
I am ordering my chain and sprocket this weekend and was hoping to get some advice. I am looking at going -1/+2 with a 520 chain. I am looking for longevity over weight reduction. If you have any suggestion on brand or whatever advice on what I should get. Tulong lang mga kuyangs! Thanks in advance.

this is based on my preferences, might work for you, might not
counter (drive) sprocket - steel driven sprocket - steel, advanced metallurgy allows for steel to be used, in most cases nowadays, just as light as aluminum chain - just dont get some unknown/untested brand i guess and make sure its got an o-ring/x-ring that retains lubricants allowing for a bit of longevity regina/did/rk are all proven brands just to name a few and theres quality in their products i think it all comes down to personal preference and cost in the end ;D

Thanks to Jerico, I was able to complete my chain. Had an issue with riveting the Master Link initially now I know how to do it so next time it won't take two tries LOL. Here are a couple of pictures. I just have to get used to it now for Fontana on the 12th and then Buttonwillow on the 27th. Robin

I'm 90 percent sure I can hang with B but I have yet to decide. I was easily passing people in C group at Chuckwalla so I think I can move up at Button. What do you think?

i run at the back of b group. im the last to go out and one of the first to pit in. i dont mind getting passed when it happens. b has more freedom over c group just ride within your capabilities and youll be fine the longer you stay in c group, the longer your learning curve gets hampered in my opinion

The bike is so much better due to the regearing. Going -1/+2 is definitely worth the upgrade. Can I pit with you guys or even head up to Button with you guys on the 27th? I think I am going by myself.

can someone in SD lend me the chain removal/install tool? I'll pick it up with a 6pack of your brand beer.
