I think the reason why it sweats cause the brake fluid is eating the tube so it's leaking. Theres a special clear tube you can buy on ebay that wont sweat through, otherwise theres a clear gas tube you can buy at any autoparts store but will sweat through the tube.

Robin www.mcmaster.comSearch for following products: Chemical-Resistant Clear Tygon Tubing 5/16" ID, 7/16" OD, 1/16" Wall Thk (For rear brake line reservoir) $2.15 per foot Chemical-resistant Clear Tygon Tubing, 1/4" Id, 3/8" Od, 1/16" Wall Thk (For front brake line reservoir) $1.57 per foot Order the plastic caps through www.ronayers.comPart number: 17370-419-700 PLUG, BREATHER TUBE $2.29 Clamps can be had at your local kragen/o'reilly's/auto zone/etc. *I got several feet of each because I have multiple bikes in the garage but if youre only doing your bike, then its probably best for you to just get the hrc kit. mc master-carr is like the costco for tygon (chemical-resistant) tubing ;D

Thanks Mayo. I will probably go this route just in case I "fcuk" it up. I want it to look like how Marco has it. I will order this before my next trackday.

Youre Welcome By the way, Both 7/16" OD Tygon Tubing (for REAR Brake Line) and 3/8" OD Tygon Tubing (for FRONT Brake Line) are of 2375 Formulation; theyre Chemical Resistant, Brake Fluid will NOT 'sweat' through these tubes in case someone out there is wondering. Part Numbers: 7/16" 5103K35 3/8" 5103K34 www.mcmaster.com/#tubing/=c97q55

I finally got around to doing this. Now it’s just time to bleed the brakes. I bought three feet of the Tygon Tubing plus a few extra breather valves. So if anyone need some, I have them. I might redo it and lockwire it a bit better. The cut on the tube is also not as clean as I would have liked. Installed new tubing, hose clamp, breather valve and lockwired it to keep it from dangling around: Thanks Mayo for the links.
