You might have the Nante syndrome. His problem was the master cylinder, his lever was pressing on the MC without him pushing on it. Or it could also be thermal lock up.

Hey Mark, are you by any chance in North County? I'm willing to lend a helping hand if you aren't too far away!

So has the problem been fixed or just momentarily fixed, then problem persisted after a test ride? If problem is still there, there a good chance that your Master Cylinder's internals are faulty or the adjustment screw on the brake lever itself has come undone and the lever is putting unwanted pressure into your brake lines when you ride causing your pistons to depress on your pads, hence a lock up. It definitely is Not Thermal Lock Up. It's frigging cold out and it's been cold for the past few weeks! You could ride around all day even in the summer and there's a good chance you wont even get thermal lock up. Count that out. See you at Al's this saturday for our Maintenance day, we'll figure out this problem then. It helps if you have a spare Master Cylinder to replace your current one. Your Calipers probably arent to blame for the lock up especially if theyre clean & fairly new. My bro just replaced his 2004 ZX-10R Master Cyliner because internals were faulty and he wasnt getting enough pressure. We had his lines Vacuum Bled from bottom to the top to avoid getting air in the lines and problem persisted til Master Cylinder was replaced.

yeh im thinkin that it should be the master cylinder. kc tinignan ko yung piston eh and everytime is pull the lever it comes out and and when i let go of the lever it comes back so thats a good sign. then is there something to do sa pads ko coz it turned purplish and my rotors medyo nangitim eh. so imma buy the internals for master cylinder and see whats up.
